Dumpling and Beef sausage stew

 

Ingredients

FOR DUMPLING

1 teaspoon of salt

1 kilogram of cake flour

10 milliliters of salt

3 spoons of sugar

5 grams of yeast

500 milliliters of warm water

 

FOR BEEF SAUSAGE STEW

1 onion

1 green pepper

1 teaspoon of crushed garlic

4 tomatoes

10 beef sausage pieces

1 tablespoon of oil

3 spoons of spices of your choice(my preference is BBQ spice Black paper and paprika powder)

Half a cup of Castle lager

RECIPE

When making dough for your dumpling, mix all the dry ingredients and add water to form dough.

Make sure the dough is not too stiff then cover it and put it aside in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

When it's ready, make medium sized balls and place them in a pan or in an air fryer for 20 minutes or less, depending on the size of the balls.

When making the stew in a pan or skillet, pour oil, fry your onion, and bell peppers for about 3 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and seasoning.

3 minutes after adding tomatoes, add the beef sausage and Castle lager. Cook for about 10 minutes.

You may add any sauce of your choice for extra thickness of the soup and better taste.
