Kwa Mamazala Café is a pop-up restaurant and corporate catering company founded by Gratitude Mapaila in 2015 because of her love for African cuisine. Their meals are a delectable fusion of contemporary African and Western cuisine.
They offer office platters, buffets, snacks, pre- packed food, and a variety of organic food. Their buffet options include:
• Hot dishes: usually containing several choices of starch (potatoes, rice, samp, and pap), vegetables, salad, and meat.
• Cold platters: these come in different forms such as meat platters (chicken, fish, meatballs, sausages, and other processed meat), fruit platters, sandwich platters, and cheese platters.
• Finger buffets: finger foods such as pizza slices, stuffed, mini fat cakes and kebabs, as well as some items from the cold platters.
