Lelemela
Ingredients
1kg tripe
1 onion finely chopped
1 green pepper finely chopped
1 tube beef stock
Salt for taste
1 packet of rich hearty powder soup
RECIPE
1.Clean and chop your tripe
2.In a pot, add water, salt, onion, and your tripe. Cook samp the ordinary way and when it is almost done, add fine slices of spinach and robot peppers. Season with aromat and cream. Cow heels must be boiled until they are well cooked then you can season with black pepper, Six Gun spice and paprika
3.Boil for 2 hours whilst constantly checking on it. Cook samp the ordinary way and when it is almost done, add fine slices of spinach and robot peppers. Season with aromat and cream. 4.Once it is half tender, add your chopped green pepper and your beef stock
5.Leave it to cook for another 15 minutes then add your soup. Cook samp the ordinary way and when it’s almost done, add fine slices of spinach and robot peppers. Season with aromat and cream. 6.You can now serve with your cooked mealie pap and enjoy with friends and family.
