Chop onions until they are finely sliced and fry them in a pan until they are golden brown. Add your curry powder and tomato paste for thickness.
Add your chopped green pepper along with your chillies and your carrots.
Next, add your canned tomatoes and wait for about 4 minutes.
When you’re done with the chakalaka, take out the meat and marinate it with a mix that consists of brown sugar, all-gold tomatoes, salt and vinegar. Once that is all done, place your meat on the grill and wait for the meat to cook.
