Pap and Mogodu

Margarine
Chillie flakes
garlic powder
paprika and black pepper

and parsley
RECIPE
Boil water in a pot, add some margarine and parsley, then add your mealie meal for pap. Stir it for a bit then leave it for 20-30 minutes max. Put your tripe/mogodu in a slow cooker for about 3 hours max. During the last hour, add salt, garlic powder, black pepper and parsley and cook them in the remaining 10 minutes of the 4-hour process. Add chilli flakes then it is ready to be enjoyed with family or friends.
