Pork Ribs
Ingredients
1 kg Pork Ribs
60ml Olive Oil
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Salt
Juice of half an Orange
60 ml Honey Salt and Pepper
RECIPE
Mix the olive oil, orange juice, honey and spices. Place the ribs in a roasting tray and rub them all over with the marinade. *If possible, marinate for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. *Place the ribs in a baking dish covered in foil. Cook for approximately 45 minutes until they are tender. *Remove the foil and cook further until the ribs are browned and caramelised. *Throughout the cooking process, you can baste with reserved marinade.
You may add a store-bought BBQ marinade as well. The stickier the ribs the better!
