SMASH THE LABEL 500ml Draught

PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION RULES

  1. This loyalty programme (“Programme”) is run by The South African Breweries (Proprietary) Limited (“Promoter”) and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of Promoter, Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

  2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Programme, and will be interpreted by Promoter only. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.

  3. The Programme will run from 1 September 2018 and ends on 30 November 2018 (“Programme Period”) and is only available at participating outlets.

  4. To enter for loyalty card draught prizes: Participants must purchase a 500ml Castle Tank Beer Draught at a participating outlet during the Programme Period to receive a loyalty card to complete by acquiring 12 stamps (each 500ml Castle Tank Beer Draught purchased will qualify the participant for 1 stamp to place on the loyalty card).

    Once the first 4 stamps of the loyalty card is complete, the Participant can redeem a complimentary 500ml Castle Tank Beer Draught at that participating outlet. Once the second batch of 4 stamps of the loyalty card is complete, the Participant can redeem a Limited Edition Cap at that participating outlet. Once the third and final batch of 4 stamps of the loyalty card is complete, the Participant can redeem a Limited Edition Backpack at that participating outlet. Participants may only redeem one (1) prize per day. The complimentary 500ml Castle Tank Beer Draught / Cap / Backpack may be redeemed at the participating outlet of entry until the latest 30th November 2018 subject to the limit of 80 complimentary Caps and 45 complimentary Backpacks per participating outlet.

    THE CASTLE TANK BEER DRAUGHTS ARE TO BE ENJOYED RESPONSIBLY, AND PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SHARE WITH THEIR FRIENDS.

  5. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value, and must be redeemed at the participating outlet.

  6. Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of the winner/s, provided that any winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any winner/s to verify their eligibility.

  7. In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

  8. All Participants and winners indemnify Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever related to their participation in any way in this Competition.
