Clean your tripe then cut it up. After that, cook your tripe for 1 ½ hours until its nice and soft. Then in a clean pot, add oil, diced onion and minced garlic. Cook till its translucent then add masala, Rajah curry powder and salt. Add cooked tripe and cook till fragrant. Then add butterbeans and a little water. Let it simmer on low heat until it is ready.
